Wolfram Stübe.

Wolfram Stübe started his career as division head of customer training at Honeywell Bull AG. In 1978 he founded the consulting division ‘Executive Education Training’.

From 1991 onwards he was director and vice president of human resources development at Degussa-Evonik Group, being responsible for the personnel development of about 60,000 people worldwide and directly responsiblefor 50 employees. In this context, he accompanied various mergers and acquisitions and the related HR activities, and facilitated strategic meetings and conferences.

During this time he also worked as an independent consultant for various enterprises in the area of cultural development, human resource development, leadership development, team- and organizational development inclu---g individual and team coaching.

Since 2002, he works as an independent consultant and associated partner of WinLearnChange Ltd focusing on executive education, change management, team development and culture development processes. His consultancy projects are very often related to mergers and acquisitions.
