Carin Gendell.

Carin Gendell is a business-savvy consultant and facilitator with a 16-year track record of helping senior and mid-level managers improve organizational results through the development of leadership skills and customer focus practices. Her business acumen developed through 14 years of line-management experience at a Fortune 100 consumer products company makes her a uniquely skilled partner for managers seeking to improve organizational results through performance management and change initiatives.

Earlier in her career, Carin held executive-level marketing positions at Kraft General Foods where she was the Director of Marketing for both the Post Cereals and Breyers Frozen Desserts Divisions. She was responsible for delivering $400 million in brand revenues through the development of advertising, merchandising, promotion, pricing, and new product initiatives. As Director of Marketing, she managed a group of 20 employees and was responsible for identifying high potential candidates as well as succession planning within the marketing function. She also served for two years as Director of Total Quality Management in two divisions. This role included facilitating and coaching corporate cross-functional teams to achieve significant reductions in cycle time, as well as mobilizing employees through customized training.

She lives in Northern Virginia (metro Washington D.C.) with her husband and three daughters.
