Keith Bronitt has over 35 years’ experience in the training and development industry. His expertise includes research and analysis of needs, design and development of training and consulting solutions, and implementation of solutions through consulting, facilitation, instruction and coaching. Keith’s experience also includes extensive work in the areas of sales and sales management, leadership and management development, customer service and executive coaching.

Keith has developed custom materials on coaching, sales training, customer service, and performance management. He has also created and delivered broad based training curriculums and extensively consulted in areas of business development, culture change, and performance management. This has included working with top level executives and middle management to help improve both individual and organizational performance.

Prior to his involvement in the training and development industry, Keith was General Manager of Digitax, a computerized financial services firm, a commercial banker at JPMorganChase, and an accountant in both the public and private sectors.
