Andrea started in hospitality and worked her way up to Personnel Manager (13 years with Inter*Continental Hotels). She later changed to Learning & Development (9 years with Hilton International). Her last position was Director of International Learning & Development, setting up and developing Hilton’s corporate university. Here she gained experience in major software implementations (Learning Management Systems) as well as e-learning and management development. Since then, Andrea has worked for companies such as Telefonica O2 Europe, TDK, World Travel and Tourism Council amongst others with various learning & development tasks.
